How do I change or cancel wraparound care days?
You can manage wraparound care bookings yourself in the Family Portal (family.premiereducation.com):
1. Log in and go to Account, then My Bookings.
2. Select the wraparound care booking you want to change.
3. Choose Amend booking to add dates, move sessions, or cancel individual sessions.
Cut-off: you can make changes online up to 2 hours before a session starts. After that, the session can no longer be changed or cancelled online and will be charged as booked.
Moving the value of a session: if you cancel or move a session with more than 24 hours’ notice, its value can be put towards a replacement session. With less than 24 hours’ notice you can still cancel (up to the 2-hour cut-off), but the session’s value can’t be carried over.
