Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

You may be entitled to a refund depending on when you cancel and the type of booking.

Within 14 days of booking

You can cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your booking confirmation email and receive a full refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

After the 14-day cooling-off period

Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are not available, except where required by law

Holiday events

For holiday events, we may be able to move your booking to an alternative date during the same holiday period at the same venue, subject to availability.

Block bookings

Individual days within a block booking cannot be refunded separately. If a refund is available, it would apply to the full block and only within the relevant cancellation period. Any completed sessions will not be refunded.

If Premier Education cancels the activity

If we cancel an activity, we will offer an alternative where possible. If you would prefer a refund instead, please let us know before the start date of the rearranged activity.
