How do I cancel a session?
You are entitled to cancel a full booking and recieve a refund providing cancellation is made within 14 calendar days of receiving your booking confirmation email, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Full booking cancellations must be processed by our Customer Solutions team. Please contact by emailing info@premier-education.com or using our Contact Us form.
Individual sessions are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel sessions, you can do this quickly in your online account by following these steps:

Step 1: Go the Premier Education Family Portal and sign into your account.
Step 2: Click on Account followed by My Bookings.

Step 3: You will now see a calendar with all your current bookings for each month.

Step 4: Click on the booking you wish to amend, then select Amend Booking.

Step 5: A new calendar will appear:

Step 6: Click on the date and select Clear Day.


Step 7: Select Show Summary, then Complete Amendment.
Please note, we no longer offer refunds or credits for cancelled sessions, unless a full booking cancellation is requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your booking confirmation email, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We recommend moving your session to a future date in line with our Terms of Service to retain the value of any sessions you wish to cancel.
Bookings must be amended a mimnium of 24 hours’ prior to session start.
