What happens if Premier Education cancels a session?
Occasionally we have to cancel a session - for example due to coach illness, venue closure or severe weather. When this happens we’ll notify you by email - and at short notice, by phone where possible.
You don’t need to do anything: cancelled sessions are automatically credited to your account.
Where possible we’ll also offer an alternative session - for holiday events, usually another
date in the same holiday period at the same venue.
If you’d prefer a refund to your original payment method instead of credit, let us know before
the start date of the rearranged activity - see “Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?”
