Flexi-booking cover is an add-on that allows you to amend the sessions you’ve booked via your online account, without incurring an admin fee. It provides greater flexibility should your circumstances change.
Flexi-booking costs 10% of your booking value. So, if the session cost is £10, flexi-booking cover would equate to £1, meaning the total amount to pay would be £11.
With Flexi-booking, you can alter the date of your session via your online account to an alternative date of the same session type, providing the request is made at least 48 hours before the session is due to begin.
Should the cost of the new session be less, you will lose any difference in value. Should it be the same, you’ll proceed as normal. Should the cost be more, you’ll be required to pay for the difference as well as the 10% flexi-booking cover fee too.
