Why can’t I select the session I require?

If a session (day) appears shaded in grey on the calendar and cannot be selected, it means the session is in the past or is fully booked.

The screenshot example below shows Monday, Wednesday and Friday selected (blue) to book. Tues 24th, Thurs 26th and 30th are available to select. The grey boxes for example the 5th of September are not selectable.
