What times do wraparound care sessions run, and how do drop-off and collection work?
Wraparound care runs before and after the school day at your child’s school. Times vary by school - your exact session times are always shown on your booking confirmation and in your Family Portal (family.premier-education.com).
Breakfast club (before school)
Most breakfast clubs start at 7:30am (some open as early as 7:00am) and run until the start of the school day. Drop your child off at the main school entrance, unless your booking confirmation says otherwise. Our team will take your child to their classroom when school starts.
After-school wraparound
Sessions start at the end of the school day (typically between 3:00pm and 3:30pm) and run until 6:00pm at most schools, with some offering collection up to 6:30pm. Your child is collected from their classroom by our team — you don’t need to do anything at the start of the session.
Choosing your sessions
You book individual dates rather than fixed weekly days, and at most schools you can choose a time slot for each session — for example a full or half session, or a later collection slot where offered. Prices are shown against each slot when you book.
Collection
Collect your child from the main school entrance (unless otherwise stated) by the end of your booked slot. You’ll need your collection password — see “Child Collection Password Requirements”. If someone else is collecting, tell us in advance and make sure they know the password.
