# What is tri golf?

## Tri-golf is an official alternative version of golf created for primary school children.

Adapted for younger participants to enjoy the game of golf, tri-golf is the perfect way for primary-age children to swing their club for the very first time.

The game features a range of colourful targets that can be attached to walls and floors both indoors and outside. Players aim for these targets in order to score points. This simple, safe, and inclusive variation of golf still teaches all the same skills as the traditional sport - with respect, coordination, and patience all practiced

With lighter, easy-to-use rubber or plastic clubs and balls, no prior golf experience is required for children, who can simply pick up and play.
