Each child will have a unique reference number, you can let us know their reference number to help us identify payments.
When you apply for Tax-Free Childcare, you’ll be given a unique reference number for
your child. You need to give this number to Premier as your designated childcare provider so that we can match payments we receive to your child.
Childcare reference numbers are made up of 4 letters and 5 numbers. The letters are the first initial and the first 3 letters of the child’s surname, for example, AJON12345.
You can find this reference number in your welcome pack by clicking the ‘Secure messages’ link on your childcare services account homepage. Sign into on the GOV.UK website here gov.uk/sign-in-childcare-account.
