What should I do if my child is unwell and can’t attend?
If your child is unable to attend a session, please cancel as soon as possible via your family portal.
You can manage changes to your booking through the Premier Education Family Portal by going to Account > My Bookings and selecting Amend Booking.
Please note that our standard Terms of Service still apply if your child is unable to attend due to illness. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any booking amendment.
If you are within 24 hours of the session, you will see the following message:
"As this session is less than 24 hours away the booking cost cannot be transferred to another session and can only be cancelled."
