The session starts within 2 hours — online booking closes 2 hours before each session begins.

The session is full — ask about the waiting list (see “How do wraparound care waiting lists work?”).

Your child’s year group isn’t eligible for that course.
If none of these apply and you’re still seeing an error, contact us via the Contact Us form with a screenshot, the school name, and the sessions you’re trying to book.
