All our staff are Paediatric Level 3 first aid trained which means they are qualified to use an Epi-Pen and would've had practice using one within their training. Please ensure the Epi-Pen is clearly labeled (either on the Epi-Pen or within a see through bag with the label on the outside).
Then simply hand this to the coach at the arrival of the session and they will ensure this is kept with the first aid equipment.
In the event of your child attending a before or after school club and the Epi-Pen is kept within the school please ensure you add this detail into your child's medical conditions notes. We do however advise your child brings an additional Epi-Pen to the session for ease.
