I paid with Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers

Payments made through Childcare Financial Support Schemes (Tax-Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers and similar) can’t be refunded to you as cash or to a bank card. Instead, our team will arrange one of the following, depending on your scheme:

A return to your Tax-Free Childcare account or Childcare Voucher provider, or
Credit on your Premier account for future eligible bookings.

The team will confirm which applies to you. CFSS refunds are processed manually and can
take longer than card refunds.
