While there are structured lesson plans, these can be adapted as coaches gain more experience and confidence.
We provide structured lesson plans for staff to follow and these can be used across our range of activities. However, we feel that it is important that coaches are able to plan, adapt and deliver sessions which are fully appropriate for the children participating in the activities. Over time, coaches will get to know pupils better and be able to assume increased responsibility in session planning.
