How do I make a complaint?

We’re usually known for our high standards of delivery however in the unlikely event that we missed the mark this time and you want to raise a formal complaint please email info@premier-education.com subjected complaint with as much detail you can provide. Don't forget to include details of the venue and event that took place!

We want to make sure we nail it next time, so the local area management will then investigate and to respond back to you.
