You are entitled to cancel a full booking and recieve a refund providing cancellation is made within **14 calendar days** of receiving your booking confirmation email, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  Full booking cancellations must be processed by our Customer Solutions team. Please contact by emailing [**info@premier-education.com**](mailto:info@premier-education.com) or using our [**Contact Us**](https://info.premier-education.com/en/help/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) form.
