# How can I continue to develop my coaching skills away from work/training?

## Come up with new lesson plans, improve fitness and do your research!

You can constantly come up with new lesson plans and test them out with equipment at home. As well as this, you can keep your fitness level up by going to the gym or following home workouts (perhaps some that you have come up with!) Otherwise, just researching ways to develop children’s skills in various sports and applying these at work will really boost your confidence.
