Can I receive a credit for booking changes?

We no longer issue credits on our system. If you cannot attend a booked session, you may transfer it to a different date.

If you took our Flexi-booking cover and you are making a change more than 48 hours in advance of the session, there is no cost to do so.

Should you not have flexi-cover, then will be a £5 per session admin fee to process the change.
