Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy includes:
  1. 14-day cancellation period: You are entitled to cancel a booking and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the email confirmation of your booking. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  2. Flexi-booking option: If you've purchased a 'flexi-booking' at the time of booking, you can change a session by swapping it to a future date after the 14-day period. You can do this via the 'My Bookings' section on your family portal from 1st September 2025.
  3. Holiday events: For holiday events booked with a flexi-booking option, we can arrange for the date to be amended to an alternative during the same holiday period at the same venue.
  4. Block bookings: Individual days within a block booking cannot be refunded; only the full block in its entirety can be refunded, providing you are within the 14-day cancellation period.
  5. Activity cancellation by Premier Education: If we have to cancel an activity, we will offer alternative provision. If you prefer a refund instead of the alternative, notify us before the start date of the rearranged activity, and we will refund the full value of the amount paid.
Please note:
  • Refunds are not possible for completed activities.
  • Standard cancellation terms apply if a participant is required to self-isolate.
  • For extracurricular clubs bookable by half-term or term sessions, refunds may not be available for selected dates.
