Our refund policy includes:
- 14-day cancellation period: You are entitled to cancel a booking and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the email confirmation of your booking. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- After an activity has started: If you cancel after an activity has begun, you must pay for the services provided up until the time you inform us of your cancellation. Providing you are within our 14-day cancellation policy or have Flexi-booking added, you will be entitled to a refund for the remaining sessions of the course.
- Flexi-booking option: If you've purchased a 'flexi-booking' at the time of booking, you can change or cancel your booking even after the 14-day period. To do this, email info@premier-education.com with your booking reference number and the changes you wish to make.
- Holiday events: For holiday events booked with a flexi-booking option, we can arrange for the date to be amended to an alternative during the same holiday period at the same venue.
- Block bookings: Individual days within a block booking cannot be refunded; only the full block in its entirety can be refunded.
- Activity cancellation by Premier Education: If we have to cancel an activity, we will offer alternative provision. If you prefer a refund instead of the alternative, notify us before the start date of the rearranged activity, and we will refund the full value of the amount paid.
Please note:
- Refunds are not possible for completed activities.
- Standard cancellation terms apply if a participant is required to self-isolate.
- For extracurricular clubs bookable by half-term or term sessions, refunds may not be available for selected dates.
