Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can change your booking under certain conditions in accordance to our Terms of Service.

Our change policy:

Within 14 days: You can cancel and re-book without charge within 14 calendar days of receiving your booking confirmation email.
Holiday events: You can change the date to an alternative within the same holiday period at the same venue or receive a refund for the cancelled session.
Extracurricular clubs: For term-based bookings, changes to selected dates may be restricted. Check the specific terms for your booking.
