It important that every child is collected by the right person at the end of each day so that's why we have special collection processes set up!
When you drop off your child to camp for the first day you will be asked to set a password of your choice, this password will be what you use for us to release your child from camp each day even if we recognise you!
Please keep this password confidential and only pass to anyone that you wish to collect your child. It's also useful to let our team know when you drop off if someone else is collecting.
Sometimes our team may call the emergency contact of the child to verify if someone else is collecting.
