Can I have a credit on my account instead of a refund?
In some situations — for example when we cancel a session, or a booking change leaves a
balance in your favour — we may offer credit on your family account instead of a refund.
Credit is recorded against your account by our Customer Solutions team. To use it, mention
your credit when you contact us about your next booking and the team will apply it for you —
it isn’t currently shown or redeemed automatically at checkout.
