How long does a refund take, and how will I receive it?

Once a refund is approved, it’s returned to your original payment method:

  • Card payments are refunded to the card you paid with, through our payment provider. Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Tax-Free Childcare / Childcare Voucher (CFSS) payments can’t be refunded to a bank card — see “I paid with Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers — how does my refund work?”
If your card has expired or been replaced, banks will normally still route the refund to the
underlying account. If nothing has arrived after 10 working days, email info@premiereducation.com with your booking reference.
