How long does a refund take, and how will I receive it?
Once a refund is approved, it’s returned to your original payment method:
- Card payments are refunded to the card you paid with, through our payment provider. Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
- Tax-Free Childcare / Childcare Voucher (CFSS) payments can’t be refunded to a bank card — see “I paid with Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers — how does my refund work?”
