# Do I need previous experience working with children to become a Premier Education coach?

## Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.

Not at all! While previous experience is preferred and will help you in your day to day, working with children is a skill that you can pick up as you do so. The type of experience that is required is that of confidence in communicating with others, an ability to pick up new skills and a passion for providing a rewarding experience.
